i don't remeber how i did entry that form but i was try.
so...
if i didn't get paypal invoice in 48Hrs, that mean is Not selected?

Pretty much, most Artisan Makers will issue an "Invoices sent." type of update, but you have the gist of it! Good luck on your first raffle entry!
