I actually really like double bubble! Might end up using it actually :O

So far I have Robin Blue, Double Bubble Pink, but nothing for purple. Names aren't set in stone but I like them a lot

Here's an album of the sets! Was in the process of testing the fit and decided to take some photos! Black HHKB has purple RF sliders which have a different fit than stock HHKB sliders but that's why I'm testing them on both boards! So far they fit fine but they definitely fit better on stock caps.

Excited for tomorrow! Here's a quick peek at a little giveaway set that I'll be throwing in! (Hoping the good karma will get us through Finals Week

) This set is one of 2 that will be given away tomorrow so even if you can't afford a set (holiday season amiright) you still have a chance to get in on a set. Also happy to say that these are our first GiD mod set and are pretty happy with how they turned out but excuse the horrible photos. These mods are verrrrrry nice! Everything fits nice and snug. Pink and black look a little crazy right now IMO but this just gives me incentive to grab that white type-s that I've been putting off for years! Fantastic job on these!

They feel smooth to me. Not shiney smooth, but within the same range of texture as stock keys I have with them. If blindfolded I might not be able to tell the difference, maybe with a few of the keys, but the difference is only a tiny bit. Texture usually isn't an issue with me so I never really noticed... the only exception would be that anti-biosis from Tai-Hao.

They also feel nice and solid, like they belong on the board (cause they do!)

Received the Purple mods today. This is my first artisan mod, well, not counting the various Fn key that was made by other artisan - a full fledged complete mod for the HHKB and I must say I am super impressed. I have almost 4 sets of Realforce coloured key caps - you know, those yellow, orange, pink stuff, whether printed or blanks and I must say that while manufactured keys has precision, an artisan set gives off a different flavour - the keys fit really well (I am super impressed with how well it fits, really) and they feel almost the same as those Realforce ones. The texture has a slight grain on it, which made it feel like PBT plastic (which is perfect fit for the HHKB, btw). The colour is muted, unlike the bright palette that Realforce chose for its coloured keysets. And it looked just so nice on a black HHKB. I will post pix in the next post as I am typing this on a HHKB with the new mods. Congrats Aero, your set is to die for, really, and I will make sure I keep an eye on your next sale!
