Title: Longtime lurker...

I have been lurking around the forums for quite some time and thought I'd register and say thank you for all of the information I have learned. I am currently on the hunt for a decent quality  Model M and will be purchasing a Unicomp Classic 104 in the interim (one for home and the other for the office... may God have mercy on my associates' ears). Although, as with many of you, I am certain to blast some serious dough as I am constantly looking for the ideal typing experience.

It's really good when people go to these anon meetings that they admit they have a problem.

As the proud owner of two Unicomp boards and a terminal 122-key Model M (AKA, the project board...), I can confirm that you're on the right path, keyboard-wise!   ;)

Thanks for the warm welcome folks. My delivery from Kentucky arrives on Friday. Looking forward to that old time feeling (I learned to type on a BS keyboard).
