USB Connector Sockets for Sleeving

The USB cable on my new HHKB Pro 2 just doesn't look quite right without sleeving on it.  I'm wondering if anyone here knows where to buy Male USB Type A and Male Mini USB Type B connectors as seen here (credit to Nubbinator).  I have a soldering station, MDPC sleeving, heatgun, etc.  I just don't know where I would look to get these WITHOUT the bendy rubber gill thing after the connector itself.  I'm afraid that if it has that, it won't be able to accommodate the thickness of the sleeving.

Your cheapest bet will likely be eBay.  You can source them from Taobao, but shipping and agent fees will kill it for small quantities.  There are a few other sites that have them, but you'll be paying for one or two connectors what you get 10 or so for on eBay.
