Hello!
« on: Tue, 13 March 2018, 05:51:36 »
Hi all,

I have been lurking here and on /r/mechanicalkeyboards for a while but only just got up the nerve to dive in all the way and build myself a fully custom keyboard so thought it was about time I joined the community proper.

I am a lefty and have been using a GH60 pok3r layout and right hand only ergodox as a gamepad (keys setup as a mirror of the left side of a standard qwerty board so that I don't have to remap every key for every game I play and finger usage is mirrored to a righty). These are great and I have really enjoyed using them but after messing around on a TypeMatrix and missing the hand position of the Microsoft Ergonomic 4000 which I used for over a decade before making the mechanical swap I have been screwing with the idea of making a full custom handwired board that gives me the things I like most about each of the keyboards.

Will be making a post in the appropriate forum shortly to get feedback on that!

Really pleased to be here as the wealth of knowledge and information on the forum has already been of tremendous help,

Utterlybemused.

I proxy anything including keyboards (キーボード / 鍵盤), from both Japan (日本) and China (中國). For more information, you may visit my dedicated webpage here: https://www.keyboards.es/proxying.html
