2x3x4mm leds will fit nicely inside of zealios. Non-rgb switch tops require a bit of modification to fit properly, but it's doable. Also, the leds will interfere ever so slightly if you place the leds outside of the switch. (they rub just a bit on bottom out) you can easily file the led so that it will fit well though, so there are multiple ways to get it to work properly!

Unfortunatley, I don't have any photos. I only did it to one led, then decided I liked having the leds inside of the switches, so I tossed it. Sorry!

True, but I prefer cherry profile. The Massdrop set was OEM.

I'm not entirely certain on this since I've never seen either in person but the pictures seem to suggest that the Massdrop set was a lighter shade of grey than what is used on these.

I bought two sets to hopefully cover an Ergodox. If you look at the included caps: , you'll see that... well alphas are covered definitely, 1.5u keys are covered in one set per hand (4 bottom modifiers on outer side, tab+|\ for the inner keys). As the 2u thumb keys I intend to use the numpad 0 and enter for each hand, or any other combination that feels good.

That does work to an extent.

I think the problem isn't getting enough keys, just getting enough keys that are in the right profiles. Specifically 1.5u keys in R1 and R3 profile. I think I could probably live with an R4 key in R3, but putting an R2 where an R1 should be might be a little too far off from my tastes.

The sets support 1800 by default, aka the shift keys. But for the correct profile of Ins/Del/Home keys you need the 1800 kit.

At least you'll have all the keys from the get go, a few will just be in the wrong profile. I'd imagine he'll have extra kits for sale.
