SIIG keyboards / which keyboard should xsphat buy?

I just read up on them to, and I am not impressed either. Doesn't the HHKB use capacitive switches? If that is the case, is it just the spring that makes them good?

The HHKB Pro's use electric capacitive switches.  Those are totally different than conductive rubber switches.

Where did you find that one? it looks way better than the one with the black keys.
