Question about billings! (Question for every buyer!)

So I'm interested on buying some custom keycaps with NiP and LDLC logos since I can't find them anywhere, and I was planning on buying from you since my keyboard will not arrive any soon either. First time buyer also. I'm from Eastern EU - Lithuania.

What should I write in Company ID and Tax ID? I haven't bought much overseas myself and trying to figure it out what it means. I did google but I found something that I didn't understand either.

Isn't it required? it has a * sign
