No communication from Imsto

Hello, it's been almost 4 months since I placed an order on the store (#1513) and it would be really great if I could have at least some sort of communication so I know what's going on. Here's what the order history looks like:
09/12/2016    Pending。。。。。。    
07/01/2017    Processing    
08/03/2017    Processing    Package been sent, tracking number will be updated soon.
It's been about 3 months since I last got any sort of reply from Imsto and I'd really like that tracking number... thanks!

I'm hoping it'll just randomly show up sometime since they haven't replied to my message either.
