One last word on the kits: I know I have A LOT of kits but hear me out: there is no MOQ per kit. The only MOQ is 24000 U (each kit being worth a different number of "U").
As long as this MOQ is met, all kits WILL be produced. Biip had MOQs on certains Milkshake kits because molds had to be created, but again, this is not the case here

Oasis is more than just a keyset, it's a lot (really, a lot!) of collabs with amazing people! Here is a list of everything that will be available during and after the GB - please note that you will need an order number to enter the raffles as they are only for GB participants.


※ Artkey - The royal delegation will leave Eruvell to venture into the desert, searching for the wealth hidden near the Oasis. Artkey will be producing 5 complete medieval sets!
※ Alpha Keycaps - An oasis attracts many wild animals, amongst which is the Keypora , come and get yours!
※ SUK - Keyporas are not the only animals attracted by the fresh water: Snapjaws have also been seen wandering nearby! Pay close attention, Keybutos are hunting them, you don't want them to see you
※ Keyforge - remains of an old civilization long gone, statues in the form of dragons and lions can still be found laying around. Some say you can still find some skulls too.
※ Bad - Ducks and other strange creatures can be seen lurking around when it's too cold in their regions. Badchad will introduce them to you and who knows? You might even adopt one to take home (be warned, don't feed them after midnight)
※ Coz - Cos will be producing a couple of keys (amongst which some of his latest NoEsc4pe) and they will be given away during the first week to thank early backers! Prisons over here are top notch, once you're in, you don't come out!
※ RAMA - RAMA had to be part of this project! They are producing a gold key with the arabian palace novelty infilled with brown enamel.
※ Lividity Caps – Some curse creatures roam the lands surrounding the Oasis, looking for their next victims… will that be you? Excited to add some Puppeteers to the artisans you’ll be able to get along the keyset!
※ GSK – Some fierce hunters have been seen tracking the mysterious creatures lurking in the Oasis, if you travel there, you might encounter them, but be careful! – I’m glad to announce that GSK will be producing some of their finest keys: Velites, Hogzilla, Froggo and… Wooloo!
※ Meika – Creatures are not the only magical things you’ll find here, there are also some gorgeous landscapes – You’ll be able to get some gorgeous blanks made by the talented Meika
※ Gothcaps – Some symbols have started to appear here and there, on rocks and trees… what do those mean? Why are they appearing? – Join the raffle for the new blanks by Gothcaps to find out 😊 (new design on its way!!)

۞ Renders show centered legends but kits show legends in the left corner - which is it?

Sorry about that - that was on me, I had it on my To-Do and somehow marked it as done and never looked back. Legends are centered and match what the renders show

۞ Samples have a different font than the one on the renders - which is it?

The font used for samples is different than the final one, so you can trust the renders on that one samples are just there for colors and show that everything is doable (reverse dyesub, novelties, arabic legends and what not).

this is a must-buy for me. I've been waiting for this since I got in the hobby.
The palette is perfect. The theme is cohesive. The novelties are actually worth putting on a keyboard.
And the kit prices are actually good! It's not like the broken down GMK sets, where when I finally get what I need/want for a keyboard, the overall price is around $250.
With this keyset, it'll come out to just $106 including novelties for me. I'm so stoked to finally buy this.
And the artisans are FIRE!

No minimum price is set to be illegible, but you'll need an order number.

I double checked this and talked about this with the vendor, it looks like the issue is only for the Arabic and Latin alphas, other sets are the same price as they are listed above - unless I missed something. Thanks for warning us about it!

If you ask about the keyset, the aimed shipping/delivery timeline is this summer (could be a bit faster according to what zFrontier told me, but we want to be safe).

Here is a quick update for the raffles:

So, basically, there are different MOQ prices - to get the prices as low as we did, we had to work off of the 54k MOQ instead of 24k we were originally aiming for :-)

I hope your Sunday is going well - I wanted to make a quick announcement:

۞ Invoices for the Eldamars have been sent and most of you guys have paid

۞ Shipping on Watchers will happen in the next couple of days - I meant to have them out way sooner but got caught up with IRL work. Those that won something in the GSK or GirlyCaps sales will have to wait for me to get the keys (they have been shipped by the respective artisans already) and I'll send them everything at once.

۞ As mentionned previously, GSK and GirlyCaps both sent they caps to me and they'll be there soon (hoping everything goes right with customs), shipping for those sales will happen asap

۞ Next in line for the raffles is Lividity! Here is what is on the menu for Tuesday (same time, same place )



Coming next:

۞ Gothcaps will be handling the raffle for the Grave Robbers keys and this will take place on Saturday 29th, more details soon

۞ Keyforge is casting the artisans this week and I'll be hosting the raffle next week

Hello everyone!

I hope y'all doing great today!

I have shipped almost all the keys from Lividity's raffles to winners, except for those that won other stuff as well. Speaking of other stuff, GSK keys should be here any day now (they are in Belgium). Eldamars are well on their way to me and it shouldn't take long.

Mark you calendars: tomorrow is Gothcaps' raffle! I am so happy he created a new logo for these and they look hella nice!




Concerning the keyset, it is doing ok, not great, but ok. the last numbers I got showed us at +/- 30% of the MOQ, which isn't brilliant, far from it, but we still have time and the biggest part of orders usually come during the last week of GB anyways I'll post a graph as soon as I managed to get all vendors to update their numbers (Thanks Dvorcol for the work btw!)

I want to thank everyone that already joined and as a really wise person once said:

Latest update made us jump from 41 to 70% (although that does include extras - numbers not final yet and will depend on the final sale numbers). That is good, and although we still have work to do, I'm more confident than ever that we will hit MOQ.

Bruhh, I just pre-ordered a Rama M60-A Olivia Edition & MiTo SA Godspeed set a few days ago.

After a few hours of browsing around for switches and lube, I stumbled upon this lovely keyset & matching keebwerk nano. I noticed the group buy was ending soon and one thing led to another, I couldn’t resist. Another 500 keyboard thoccs later....

I’m a new member here and will say that i’m new to the world of custom keebs. After 3 months, i’ve managed to add some major damage to my wallet.  This hobby is greeeat. Lmao.

To JSaintS, fantastic work on this incredible set. Its lovely and a must have. It reminds me of the few weeks I spent in Petra, Jordan and Wadi Rum.

I also sent them an email and got no response. I will not order it eventually cause it's out of my budget. But it was almost $50 less yesterday... I feel so disappointed.

Indeed, it is going to arrive a little later than expected - I assumed it would, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the fact milkshake too so long to produce.

That said, I also sent a mail to zFrontier, as I have commented on KAT Monochrome's IC because I would like an explanation as to what happened with Milkshake and I would like to know what they will do to fix the issue so that it does not happen on Oasis (or any other KAT set for that matter). Hopefully the community gets an answer soon about the situation and hopefully this does not happen to here

Quick update to say that keys for the Not Quite Oasis are going out today/tomorrow

Also, I just got an email from Alex @zFrontier about the issues with Milkshake. The email is quite lenghty with a bunch of pictures and screenshots with conversations with Biip.

Long story short, here is a quote from the mail:

We are in talks with Keyreative at the moment and they agreed on actively providing replacements

misaligned legends, damaged keys, tinted keys: def a QC issue and they will be providing replacements upon individual reports and work on better QC.

I explained I didn't want the same issues on Oasis/HFO/Monochrome and I do believe they will work harder on the QC (as they should, this could easily kill the profile if nothing is done).

I'm afraid that's not going to happen. I have to admit I do not know where Kono got that info, but as of two/three weeks ago, we were in productions and in the queue for dye-sub. There are still two KAT keysets before Oasis, namely Specimen and Lich, so before those ship, I wouldn't expect much I'm afraid.

Keyreative had some delays, for sure, but I've been told they bought more machines and hired people to increase production and lower leadtime.

Agree.  Kono said end of the year after delaying a full quarter.  Well that's coming up pretty quickly.

I'm afraid that's not going to happen. I have to admit I do not know where Kono got that info, but as of two/three weeks ago, we were in productions and in the queue for dye-sub. There are still two KAT keysets before Oasis, namely Specimen and Lich, so before those ship, I wouldn't expect much I'm afraid.

Keyreative had some delays, for sure, but I've been told they bought more machines and hired people to increase production and lower leadtime.

No idea when that was posted, but what I know is that keyreative shipped keysets to each vendor last week. As far as I know they did not get tracking yet but everything is on its way to the vendors.

Same can be said of KAM Wraith and it's been almost a month now in shipping limbo. In other words, don't hold your breath for a February delivery to your door.

I am hoping for that, indeed. I know Chinese orders have shipped and so have international orders bought on zFrontier (mostly Asia, but some others from EU and potentially US). Orders for Kono have been shipped at the same time Chinese orders have been shipped (so roughly around CNY) because it looks like Kono as a warehouse in China (after that, I don't have any updates, I'm afraid). I need to follow up with OCE and CA vendors to see if they got their orders in, but I got word a couple of hours ago that the EU orders are set to arrive at mykeyboard.eu in the next couple of days. Hang tight, we're getting there!

Did everybody else get their set?  I got mine a couple weeks ago now, and I finally put it on a board.  This is my first experience with the KAT profile and I must say... it's quite nice.  I only had one issue with my left shift key being slightly warped causing some unwanted binding.  I had to fix it with a heat gun, just a tiny tweak brought it into alignment.

Aesthetically these are not on the same level as Signature Plastics or GMK - the cap edges aren't perfectly aligned, and the legends are only as sharp as you can get with dye sub...  but the variety of options in the kits and the typing feel is phenomenal.  Great surface texture on these.  Looks great on my Rose Gold KBD8x:
