**Week 17 update**
All the parts are with me already, it's slower than what I promised, but things are going a lot faster and smoother this time. CNC finished in around 10 weeks times, and it only takes 3 weeks for the anodising.Went through about 1/3 of the parts last night. Everything seems fine, no dents or any scratches. Anodising is good except for the grey ones, which turn out a lot lighter than what I expected. And all kits will be shipped with the Unicorn 1.2 PCB that I designed instead of ver 1.1. I should be able to have everything shipped before the lunar new year.
This is difficult but it has to say, unfortunately. The exchange rate of USD against Ringgit Malaysia has dropped from 4.3 to 3.8, that was something that I neglected largely when I working on my costing. There are some increase in cost that I decided later such as I should opt for CNC milling for the brass plate instead of conventional laser cutting. Also some addtional cost per unit for the anodizing to speed up the process.
Ultimately, I am very sorry for these unseen circumstances. I would add another 45$ in shipping invoices. I understand that it's unfair to increase the price now, if you are having second thoughts, please send me a PM. Breaking even is something I'd be happy to achieve, not even considering profits at the moment.
