« on: Wed, 17 March 2021, 11:10:33 »
I wanted to buy Zealios V2 78g, but they are out of stock all the time.

Does anyone know when these could be back in stock?

Oh, ok thanks. Never bought anything from them.
Is this popular shop?

Yeah I'd say so, I have not had any trouble buying from them and they got the order out fairly quickly.

I finally got them.

These are very heavy tactile, love that these dont have pre-travel.

I'm wondering if I should lube them? just srping and stem sides?

Be careful taking them apart and reassembly. The Zilents, at least, have issues with leafs popping out and such during disassembly.

Whether Zealios need to be lubed is a subject of debate. However, the springs should be lubed if you get the chance. On the Zilents, you can hear the spring noise in the quieter switch. With Zealios, maybe you won't, but the springs aren't that great in stock form, if you ask me.

Well, finally had time to do that.
So I lubed them, bag lubed springs, then mix of Krytox 205x0+105 on housings and stems.
Feel amazing - feels like after lubing they are not so heavy, or how to say it - heavily tactile.
Of course I did not lube legs, just sides, so I didn't lose tactility with that. They simply ended up being nicer, a bit lighter I would say.
If these were 67g, I may have a feeling to be too light for me.
After 67g Tealios, these are amazing difference.

Highly recommended.

Yeah, I should have looked into lubing my 62 G Zilents.

Just to take the edge off the tactility. [And also for sound.] They operate fine, but reducing tactility and spring noise can be helpful with this switch.

Oh yeah, I would do it.
Before they were still great, but now you can feel that they are a bit smoother, sound deeper and tactile feeling is more kinda smooth.
Process of lubing is a pain, I've done it few times now and will have to do one more soon when my Cherry hyperglide blacks come in, but it is worth it.
