Extras for calculations, not for sale. That said, plenty of vendors sell extras before shipping and have done so for years.

Remember, if you really wanted it…you’d have already bought it.

We should be in a position to chargeback as it’s been about 3 months since the GB closed. I think most credit card companies allow chargebacks within a 6 month window from the date of transaction

If we're able to get the money back and still want in on the GB, do you have any plans to offer an alt US vendor?

Maybe DeskHero as for CAN? They've had great service and reasonable shipping to USA, in my experiences with them.

@ Anyone seeking a refund for the M&C-- the limit for "merchandise not received" chargeback is 540 days for Visa/MasterCard. 120 for Amex/Discover.

Edit: Realized it's ApexK for CAN- no experience w them but maybe great too.

How are you explaining the charge back to the credit card companies? I hate to confuse them more and use terms like "groupbuy" or anything else that may complicate the matter. I'm finding difficulty explaining it. Merchant did not go under yet and making promises of resolution and fulfillment is technically not past due. Any suggestions on verbiage?
