Can someone explain the Tsangan pack to me? In particular, I don't understand the shift key being R3 instead of R4 like the other shift keys in the base pack or like the other 1.75u shift in the Whitefox kit.
Were the alternative red modifiers scrapped? I kind of liked those.
Wow, a keyset that comes with a 1.25x Fn in the main set? Amazing! I swore I wouldn't do SA again but this might win me over. And the row profiles aren't as aggressive as default SA....hmmmm.....when does this drop?

Pricing won't be a problem, the main thing is one set being focused and the other one splitting the sales. This used to be an issue on PMK days, but with Massdrop I don't think so. The thing is that I'll have to offer everything blue also in red. Otherwise people will complain. I'm also not a huge fan of offering two sets at the same time.

The Base kit covers a standard TKL keyboard, which means that it has a 6.25U space bar included.
Tsangan doesn't include a space bar according to the mockups.

The Basic Kit definitely comes with a space bar but the Tsangan kit doesn't. Here's why: if you look closely, the White Fox pack also doesn't feature a space bar even though people who chose the Winkeyless layout will need one. I'm not offering 7u space bars in the Tsangan/White Fox kits because I want this group of customers (Tsangan and Winkeyless White Fox) buying and making volume to the Bars child deal pack, therefore making it easy to tip. In case you don't know what the White Fox is, it is a custom keyboard created by the great Matt3o that was sold last year by Massdrop. Matt3o might have used the same file for all the layouts, that's a 2.25 Shift, not 1.25. The 1.25U might be from the ISO Layout

The idea behind the set is to make your keyboard look like something from the 60's NASA. Therefore the faded tones and retro feel. The child kits will be available separetly, but I'd recomend you to get at least the Basic Kit too.
The edges seem to be really square or something, but it'll look better when made obviously.
