Hello, everyone.
This time, Triple Agency brings you a dark theme keycap design.

Inspired by Agent 47.
47 is a human clone made by Dr. Ort-Meyer, benefiting from the extraordinary physical stamina brought by genetic engineering and the rigorous training he has received since childhood. He is good at assassination and is currently the world's top assassin.

255450-0

Silent Assassin is one of the level evaluations, which can be completed under the premise of "only kill the target without being discovered".

Signature Plastic is the manufacturer this time, and the keycap height is set to the classic SA height.
First of all, I put a rendering as a display.

There are more keys involved in the new mold opening this time, so the cost will inevitably increase, which will lead to a slightly higher final price.

Mini bars or 40's kits would be nice, esp with SP's low MOQs

Edit: what's the other new mold in the mod kit? Obviously the novelty enter text is one and the other?

Is ‘exit’ the other mold? Maybe that exists.

Speaking of molds...didn’t Oblotzky make ASCII for SP SA Oblivion II? If he’s ok with you using ASCII, perhaps ask if you can use the molds?

Consider shifting some of the keys around between the alpha, mods and extension kits; specifically, the 1.5u bottom row mods, 1.75u Shift, spacebars etc. See how SA Espresso did it:

There is a very good reason for why you'd want to do it like this, which I explain in this post (and, in particular, the image linked therein).

As far as the spacebars go, since most users are going to need both 6.25c and 7c, I suggest putting the default alpha-colored (black) 6.25c in alphas and 7c in mods (like in the above images), rather than how you currently have it set up with separate kits. You can then put the mod and accent-colored spacebars together with small spacekeys (2u, 2.25u, 2.75u etc.) in a separate spacebars kit.

Good luck with the set! But I am a little concerned with IP in that you literally have Hitman in the novelty. There's an IP gray area, but this one seems to have stepped a little far. But I'm not an IP lawyer.

So I noticed you said this set was inspired but I can't help but notice the "Hitman" novelty which makes me worried about it being C&D. Might wanna rethink that one but I do like this set. GLWIC! Also I don't know you have read the art instruction they give out but some of these novelties look like they will need to be tweaked. If you don't have the art instructions I would be happy to share with you just DM me.

40% is not involved this time. ASCII legends uses a new mold. :)

There is a very good reason for why you'd want to do it like this, which I explain in this post (and, in particular, the image linked therein).

Thanks for your advice.
Because I don’t know whether the purchase amount can meet the minimum requirement, I combined ASCII and Modifer into Base Kit, which contains 6.25x spacebars of all colors. 7x spacebars became a separate Kit.

I can live (barely) with R3:Tilde/Hash as a replacement for R3:Tilde/GraveAccent but can't live without R4:Pipe/Backslash :-(
Pretty set anyway.

Looks great, the kits aren't my favorite though. A more standard set of Alphas, Alt Alphas, modifiers, numpad, novelties, ISO, spacebars, and 40s/ortho or something would be nice. Good luck with the IC, I'll be watching for sure.

Putting forced sublegends on the base kit is a frankly stupid idea. Especially when:

a) they have a very specific theme which has nothing to do with the very specific theme of the overall set
b) the contrast between base and legend colours is so low as to make it a mess to all but the most eagle-eyed
c) there's no option to get the mods/etc without getting the base kit

Comparisons to other similarly red/black kits like Sanctuary are also inevitable. Brace yourself.

The only As much as I like Hitman I couldn't be any less interested in this. I would possibly consider buying just the novelties but that's it.

would love to see Extension have proper 40% coverage; right now it's most of the way there but lack of split spacebars, R2 esc, 1.75u enters, etc have me out. would love to put this on a bushido red Cajal. help me obi wan kenobi, youre my only hope at a (good) Hitman set.

I picked up a set a while back from Apos.  They sell some of Kono’s stuff with free shipping.  It’s nice but it’s not a favorite set by any means.   The red is hard to describe.  It’s not bright, it’s not blood red… it’s almost like ketchup.  The alphas have more swirling on them than most of my other SA sets.  I don’t mind it, but some may.  The one thing I don’t like is how the thinner font of the dual alphas kinda gets lost on the black.  I’m using the single alphas because of it.

If you love to collect SA keycaps, this is a fine choice.  But I really feel like the single alpha set looks best, making the set more costly than it deserves to be.

thank you for the detailed impression/review. There's a 'Checkout with Apos' button on the listing on Kono as well so that's why I'm somewhat tempted. The 3rd/angled photo makes the set looks really good though, probably the light hitting it just right? But yeah I agree on the red legends being lost out in the NN black, not enough contrast IMO. I bet it would pop a lot more if the legend were white (WFK/WCK)
