Apologies for the terribad picture quality, cell phone camera ftl.

Many thanks to pang0011 for being the middle man in this purchase.

Once I familiarize myself with it I might do a full review, but for now let me just say...*fapfapfap* this thing feel AMAZING to type on. Haven't gamed on it yet, but it feels more suitable for gaming than my Model M, and of course, worlds above my g15.

F9 disables windows key, F10 disables caps lock key, I have no idea what F11 does.

From what I know, Ducky's the company that makes them, they're based out of Taiwan. I can't speak for iMav, but in my case it was me seeing that Ducky's were cheaper than Filcos even when you factor in shipping and you get a wristrest + wasd keys and keypuller included, so I contacted pang0011 who I had seen around the forums and was from Hong Kong. I asked him some questions about where I could buy one and he ended up buying it for me and shipping it over, he's not a licensed reseller or anything.

I like the way they have standard keys for those "internet-age" extra keys like mail/browser/etc. Most crappy keyboards just have those small buttons for them.

Even with shipping these are cheaper than Filcos? Could you be more specific, or can I find that info in some other thread?

vhaarr, that was the case for me, I'm not sure how it would add up for you in Norway. I live in Canada, a tenkey NKRO Filco costs about $170 CAD, even after the high cost of shipping from Hong Kong, the Ducky was $180 CAD. I believe they cost around $110 USD, before shipping, but again, I don't know how much it would come to with shipping to Norway + VAT.

I don't see myself using the caps lock disable much, but the win key disable is a godsend. F11 apparently switches the windows/alt key functionality...for reasons which I can't figure out.

test, they are the same OEM as Filco, costar, so build quality is the same with a few differences in features. First off are the obvious Fn media keys and the dedicated shortcut keys, also, Filcos use ABS plastic for their keycaps, Ducky uses lasered PBT. Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no tenkeyless version >:

Once I put the board through some heavy use I'll probably throw up a full review.

The keys next to the space bar can be easily pressed with the thumb without moving away from the home position, so it can make things so much easier if you put your most used modifier keys there.

Though on reflection maybe a layout like:

would be best of all - having Alt and Win under a thumb.

OEM by  the same Taiwan company
so there is not difference in manufacturing

Ducky claims they will produce tenkeyless, but according to DUCKY9008.
wont be in the market early than Sep.

BTW, all the KBD made in Taiwan look the same.
so ducky tenkeyless will be as same as Filco tenkeyless but a little bit cheaper.

Does anybody know whether there are any shops in Hong Kong or Shenzhen which sell Ducky or Filco keyboards? I am currently based in Hong Kong and am wondering which is the most convenient way to get one, but it seems like the nearest retail shops from here are in Taiwan?
