My sorting advice is to dump a huge pile out onto a smooth surface and count by twos. I used my ridiculously large mouse pad. It goes pretty quick, especially when there's only one type of key.

yeah, one key isn't that bad. plus a good chunk of orders are low numbers so its not bad.

the bad part is writing addresses. but i have a month to do that (chances are ill do it same day keycaps come in since i love to leave stuff till the last second -.-)

I wrote addresses out by hand for my RGBY group buy, and I'll never do that again. For the extras sale I bought a 100-pack of Avery labels for < $10. There's a web app at avery.com with pre-built templates for all their products. It's not fantastic software, but for pasting in addresses it worked fine. Prints directly from the web browser. The hardest part was figuring out which way to load the label sheets into the printer.

I was going to use my stamps.com account but I think my free trial will expire by the time this is ready to ship.

I did, and like I said I never will again. I spread it out over the course of two months though, so it wasn't as bad as it sounds.
