An Exhaustive List of the Colors of Click Clacks

I am hoping to make an exhaustive list of all of the colors that Click Clack has ever used in making his creations.

To compile the list below, I simply alphabetized the list of colors that Click Clack has noted in his vendor forum, and I took out the duplicates.

I hope this list is useful.  Please post any additional colors that are not listed.  Thanks.

I am hoping to photograph my humble collection of Clacks for the wiki, but I have a fairly pedestrian collection, so I don't know if I can contribute much new information.  Therefore, if any of you have any samples of any of the rarer colors listed above, I would urge you to post them in the wiki as well.  Or send your pics to SmallFry or CPTBadAss, so they can do it.
