Alternatives for TouchCursor (for PC)?

I love TouchCursor but for some reason I can't seem to get it to disable itself when I use Starcraft II (the setting doesn't work). Am I doing something wrong? If not what is an easy alternative which works? I tried EPKL but nothing happens when I run it?
