Good chance for blue Alps here, but might also be white Alps (would help to see a better picture of the label on the back). From the keycaps I don’t think it’s the MX or MX clone version.

Pretty yellowed, so the switches might be in rough shape (or might be totally fine; sometimes yellow plastic doesn’t indicate anything about the switches underneath).
