I rarely go on GH, but damn, this situation is a bit frustrating.
A friend and I ordered canoes when they went up, they sent us a tracking number in early may, it never moved or was never shipped, now it shows up as expired. We got that email (the standard one that wasnt even BCC'd correctly) and figured wed contact them again after two weeks of waiting for any more info.
We've both attempted contacting them around 13-14 times collectively. Weve so far got one reply that said (two weeks ago now) that all the Canoes would ship by the end of June and that would include ours.
So far no updates since then but were waiting until July 1st to charge back.
The Canoes on order were a yellow and random/gray/white.
Still hoping for a yellow, but at this point it seems obvious Percent is not worried about honoring our orders or even replying to our concerns.
