Got my first mech Saturday after lurking in /r/mechanicalkeyboards for a while and figured I should join the group here as well.
I ordered a Leopold FC980m in black with PBT caps and red switches from mechanicalkeyboards.com. I had used a friend's Corsair k70 and liked the feel of the reds but knew I did not want a Corsair keyboard. I've always loved the look of Leopold's keyboards for some reason and when I saw the 980m it was the one for me. Greatly enjoying the board so far and looking forward to spending time on here learning about what else is out there.
