Dead key on Kinesis Advantage 2

Hi all. One of the keys on my Kinesis Advantage 2 is dead. Any idea what would be the most likely cause of this? I've heavily used this keyboard for about 3 years and it's been great.

Have you tried to reset what it is mapped to?

Happened to me as well once, I had to replace the key switch (requires some soldering, but not too hard). Kinesis sent me a few for free
