Hi Raymogi, your board is unlikely to be ready before Christmas, since it needs to be assembled.
Anyway, I will be the one who ship the board to you.

Last time I talked to yuktsi was on Monday, he said the cases were just about finishing up but the plates are still in the making. It was unexpected for the plates to take as long as they are, perhaps the factory is dragging their feet on it. It shouldn't be much longer though, I'm kind of happy they did not ship this week so our boards aren't floating around in the mail system during the holidays.

Yeah I'm in the same situation it's not a good time to have valuable items in the mail system.

Thanks for sharing the info trenza. I'm sorry to hear that yuktsi has been dealing with some personal problems, I hope everything gets worked out for him. After all this is a hobby so I'd much prefer if he gets his problems situated first rather than trying to rush these boards out. Either way best of luck to you yuktsi.

No it has not, I talked to yuktsi yesterday and his response was "Still checking on the finishing of the boards" when I asked about the GB. It should be finishing up soon enough, I'm certainly in no rush myself.

it turned out that the finishing with the brass weight still isn't that good
I had to send them back to re-polish and have them electro nickel plated again

The design of the bottom plate (there are indents which allow to pick it up more easily), colors, and I think type of metal.

When did you ask him? He mentioned earlier today that he had a sudden spark of interest again, so I'll just assume the Pad will commence, especially with the IC opened. Maybe nothing after that, but who knows?

Yuksti has been planning the TGR pad for quite some time now, I know for sure that he's going to go through with it unless some abruptly occurs now.

I also asked yuktsi when the CEs will ship, he gave an estimation of 1-2 weeks.

Pretty sure that's the numbering of the boards, and they were numbered in order of the order received. At least, that's how round 1 worked.
I know some people requested specific numbers, but other than that it was first come, first served.
