Just wanted to make a thread and say Melissa has been outstanding lately.
To quote myself she must be, "either 10 people, an email answering machine, or incredibly good at her(paraphrase) job."

Shout out to good customer service.
PS: new forum font in the last couple days? Was on VACA and came back to it looking different.

Nothing but love for Melissa. Never had an issue stay unresolved - she's always helped me out.

Many thanks Melissa et al, always had great and fast service, although I wish they could 'accidentally' move the decimal point over one place to the left when telling customs what the parcel is worth :P

I've come to her with some very minor issues and she's always handled them as if they were game-breaking. Super nice and very professional!
