I don't even have an order number... Transaction ID: INVYR/0423309549 from 2016-10-26 - I have not even received a single email about the order or any follow up - not even from stripe. The only evidence I have is the transaction on my bank account and a screenshot I took and posted on the first day of the GB: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=85438.msg2290222#msg2290222

Hey all,

So I haven't gotten an answer from zisb on what the time estimates are. The only news I got is that the orders have already left the country and should be arriving soon.

He also said a few orders never left the country because Auspost switched their order mailing system from a click-and-send method to a different one - for those orders he said he'd contact the people affected directly, and that shipping would be done with DHL.

I'm sorry that the news I have isn't better, or clearer. But I promise I've asked again if he got an estimate when he shipped out originally for how long it should take and will let you all know if and when I get answer.

Thank you for your efforts at least! Hopefully I see my switches at some point this year

My order was #111 (INVYR-111). I just wanted to make sure I had evidence that I actually ordered some switches because it seems like a long time ago now  ^-^

I am sorry to say that I am still waiting for the switch. The long wait is kind of annoying now.  :(

Can I get refund on my order?

Anyone participating in the Hasu FC660C controller GB should be getting an email soon about their controllers being shipped out from Japan. There shouldnt be an excuse to not have these switches delivered by the time these controllers are delivered.

forgot to mention that i recently received my FC660C controller from the mail yesterday and that was from japan. unless i am quite mistaken by how shipping works in certain regions, delivering the switches should take approximately the same time if sent out properly correct? (can someone who has more knowledge about this sort of stuff key in on if what i am saying is true or not?)

To be honest it really depends on which zone you are in for Australia. I'm in Australia myself and i just received a parcel from Japan, just the non-express delivery and it took like 3 days maybe? For Australia, our postal system sucks and is made a joke of on numerous occasions. So Ideally normal shipping speed to the States should be around 14 working days, give or take, but on average about 2 weeks.

Thanks for being transparent about the problems but without any plan or date/deadline for when you plan to ship and make good on the orders that have been waiting a very long time there is nothing for us to look towards. It would be nice to see a commitment and some sort of intent to follow through with it.

At this point I would just like to have some of these switches already, all the other bits for my build has arrived, just waiting on switches now  :(

The issue where tons of people waited months and months for shipments that didn't show up? I hope so. ;-)

Hey can we get the title of the thread changed so that it doesn't say shipped? Every time I go checking out the threads I get excited thinking that the switches have actually been shipped when they haven't.

Personally, I'd be seeking recourse from PayPal or my credit card if my order had not been fulfilled yet. I absolutely love these switches and would love more of them, but the way this is being handled is unacceptable.

Zisb has not been active on GH for a full month. I think my patience has ran out now. I am rather disappointed at this. To add insult to injury, these switches are available to buy right now from 1upkeyboard.

I have been in a fair few GBs, most of them pretty positive, but this is certainly not one of those.

At this point am not even mad, just disappointed  :(

they restocked them already for the second time... my noveltykeys switch tester has a panda on it... I ordered that thing like 3 month ago.

he's literally sending out boxes full of them for month now.

In 10 days from now, by FTC terms, this will be considered fraud since no refund was offered.

I messaged him 3 days ago, this is the answer that I got (kinda forgot to post about it, sorry)

So, if you are interested in a refund, send him an e-mail, he will probably get back to you.

I personally did not request a refund as I'd really like to get these someday, and considering the board these are meant for is delayed as well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

seems like if you are neither a well known member of the community who will review the switches or don't intend to purchase massive quantities of them, then zero ****s are given whether you get your order or not despite the "apologies" for shipping hell (even though other sellers like you've mentioned are still receiving them)
