 I didn't change the board or case outer dimensions, but the bottom row has been slightly modified, you'd need to make small changes to the cutouts on the far left side where I swapped the 1.5 for  2x 1.25s, other than that, it's just leaving the rest of the locations unpopulated.

EDIT, I'll throw in the footprint option for the original 1.5 on that side so if you want to go full original Arisu layout, you may do so.

No, as the right edge of the ANSI enter and pipe key are not aligned, it is not possible to add ISO support.

Correct, left justified 1.5, or a pair of 1.25s that fill the blocker area.

I believe my plan is to go live with the GB next week, and it will be open for 2 weeks or until it hits 100 boards, if there's a lot more interest, I'll probably run a round 2 as well a few months later.  Target is to have the R1 boards done and shipped in october/november.

Can someone please enlighten me what POM is and why I would want it over an acrylic case? Sorry, total noob as far as materials go.

POM is denser and softer than other polymer materials such as acrylic or polycarbonate, it tends to give both a softer typing experience and dampens noise better.

Ok good to know on the foam I will be sure to add that as well. I will be doing pom plate, but I am in between doing pom or acrylic for the rest of the case.

 The frosted layers will replace the one top or bottom layer of the case, the total case layers with plate is 6, there will still be just 6 layers in the package with the options.  Yes, best to select the matching color plate, unless you want a visible stripe in the case edge, which some people may want.

I label international packages as a 'keyboard kit' and list wholesale value, customs is not usually an issue.

PCB will come with SMD assembly done, just solder in switches and add stabilizers and keycaps.

Black POM does not look significantly different from black acrylic. The outside cut edges will look the same, the surface will not be glossy and may have surface scratches as POM is not covered with protective paper like Acrylic is and usually shows some minor defects from the factory, the surface will look similar to this:

He mentioned he was using Etsy to sell. I googled Etsy gothic70. When I bought it Esty wouldn't shut up about how 20 other people had this in their cart lol and that I had to hurry. I hate pressure tactics!
