Nice man, you using Tenso to proxy?

Yup, proxying with Tenso. First experience buying from Japan so I hope it goes well :D

From the shipping estimate I should be saving $50 or so. It might take a little longer to get here but I think its worth it, especially since I'm still in school and don't have a full time job.
Tenso was wonderful to deal with when I used them for a similar purchase, I'm sure everything will turn out great!  They get you your stuff pretty quickly, I think it took 2 or 3 days to get what I ordered through diatec.

Not that many yet - just wait for people to get them, sort them, and then post pictures.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Wow, nice find.  Industrial Ms?  Where did you find them and, if it's not too rude, what did you get them for?  They seem to go for entirely too much.

A fellow GHer, but I found the eBay listings first, then this thread:

http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=54978.0

The SSK (the one in the box, a NIB) is not an industrial. They are too rich for me. $1000 for one keyboard? Can't do it. Yet (?)

Might not be a big deal to you hardened veterans, but I've just taken delivery of my first mechanical keyboard! A Majestouch 2 Ninja with Cherry Blacks!

I was a little worried about the blacks being to heavy, but you guys recommended them due to me being a heavy typist. I think you steered me in the right direction as it's brilliant to type on and fits my style perfectly! Once you go black...

After typing on a ducky mini with mx browns for quite some time and reading up on GH, I decided to order a HHKB Pro 2 Type S. And oh boy am I excited. It should arrive in a week or so, and I'm buying it via WRE.

Also, this is my first post on GH, so hi.

Where does it show the number of key caps ordered?

The invoices I've received are pipe-delimited ( "|" ).  Exporting the text into Excel, sort into columns using pipe as the break symbol, and you should get six columns.  Order-ID, Description, Price, Qty, Pcs, Total. Summing up the "Pcs" column should give a total number of caps on order.  Unless my math is completely off, which is a distinct possibility...   :-\

After typing on a ducky mini with mx browns for quite some time and reading up on GH, I decided to order a HHKB Pro 2 Type S. And oh boy am I excited. It should arrive in a week or so, and I'm buying it via WRE.

Also, this is my first post on GH, so hi.

Welcome to GH. I am also anxiously awaiting my HHKB Pro 2 Type S. I can't wait to see this baby in the mail and try it out.

Nice keyboard to start with!

Not exactly in the mail yet but have a 9 pack of single switch PCBs that are alps and MX compatible including support for smd and in switch diodes with led support and interconnect pads for matrix soldering.  Relevant thread is in the IC section.

Shipping tomorrow , MMQP  Matias Mini Quiet Pro.
The layout looks superb, accessible and well thought out , I'd rather have the UK/ISO version but it's not readily available in the US.
Having moved from full size to TKL I think this is a nice progression,  as I'm not quite ready to go 60% yet.
I specifically noticed the thoughtful one-hand access to multimedia keys.  *brilliant*
