EDIT : Honestly though check the wiki, pretty sure Ripster has a section on cleaning and lubing.

I just pull the caps off, and rinse them in soapy water then set outside to dry. I usually hit the keyboard itself with a vacuum cleaner with a brush head to get the dust and crap out of it.
