Yeah... I'd highly reconsider this product given their past GB records. (I was a customer of them for CB87 product and their bluetooth hotswap PCB GB fwiw). Yes, this is a new account, so to prove that i'm not simply talking out of my ass here are some receipts from their discord.
Their
PCB gb (yes, a groupby for a PCB for use in one of their product CB87): GB form opened on June 2021 and customers still have not received it (a PCB with up to a year's delay!??)

Their
CB1800 arrived with scuffed up ANO marks on their weights, which CherryB claimed was caused by customs (you actually cant make this up).
"this was built on Andy N's live stream, plus extra pcb and daughter board" (referring to the following photo only)
"You can see the circular marks on the last photo, and the first two you can see 3 "lines" that are almost like steps - you can feel the different heights if you run your finger across them"
"Just a reminder CherryB said customs added these to the surface"

Below are just some receipts from their neo87 GB.
Not gonna lie, I thought the only bag holders belonged to r/wsb.
January: " We will then push the shipping of NEO87 orders to release all the boards toward the end of next month. We will manage to send the boards to you by the end of March as our statement before."
March: (this the last of their official announcement in the announcement channel btw)
April: their representative CherryB mentioned "Hello, about half the orders are sent, we are still processing the rest, please keep calm and wait :516395crythumbsup:"
May: still no updates from CherryB, only a message from their mod (who isn't part of CherryB team) that we still have to wait for update from the team.
shipping issues for the few who managed to get their product / no tracking. Still have not completed their shipment
June: no updates & existing quality defects still not resolved
Their "customer support" guy just left
July: some customers still left out to dry
August: ghosted
