Any chance we could get some more 40s keys added in extension kit? If I have to pay $160+ as 40s user, it would be nice to have correct legends for popular 40s boards.

If he just posted pricing that means the GB is imminent for sometime soon. Typically a set would post Pricing until a few days or weeks before the GB. My guess, Feb. 1st but it could be sooner or later than that date.

I understand the move for choosing R5 with the results of the poll, but I also think that it's close enough that a seperate kit adding R4 bottom row would comfortably hit MOQ.
I also understand the suggestion of simply getting the bottom row from another set, but Griseann is different from most other sets by the inclusion the coloured legends on the bottom row, combining with another set will lose a part of what 'makes' Griseann, well, Griseann... I wonder whether just including the pad printed R4 keys in one of the extension kits, leaving us to gather the rest of the R4 keys ourselves, could be a good compromise? I almost exclusively use my thumbs for the bottom row keys which makes R5 highly uncomfortable T_T

looking at similar kits in other GBs it actually doesn't make MOQ that often, at least in the last 4-6 months.

But the extension without purse caps lock just looks from other kit imo. Adding the windowed and being only caps as text with all other mods (tab, shift, enter, backspace) icon will look strange.

Sorry, but people decided on the bottom row, and my personal preference is going to R5 as well. I tried to minimize the amount of kits so everything will hit MOQ without vendors having to buy it out (tho I'm concernedabout Macros kit).

GB tentatively scheduled for June.

So you want a JTK R2 when R1 hasn't shipped and there will be extras eventually? Just buy the extras then? Kinda confusing. Griseann was originally done with GMK. People have been asking for a rerun despite the JTK GB from nearly 2 years ago. Nothing is forced.

I think the harder question is whether there are enough customers that want a GMK version specifically that won’t be satisfied with what’s likely to be numerous reasonably-priced JTK triple shot extras.

There are clearly some fans of that idea, which is great! But will there be enough to make this a viable business venture?

There is couple of reasons why I want it in GMK. It's R5, correct legends/correct legends positions and additional keys that JTK doesn't have molds for. And I'm generally prefer GMK quality over JTK.

JTK is quoting shorter lead times but is prone to delays. Personally, I tend to prefer them for stuff like this also but right now it's not a short lead time for either manufacturer. People have been asking for a rerun of GMK even with the JTK set having run, so it's a toss up. JTK r1 is still shipping to some vendors (I think it's stuck on the boat), so you should be able to pick up an extra if that's what you want.

We are looking at December/January GB date. Kitting slightly changed to reduce amount of kits. And there will be a desmat by Sour which are in progress now.

I think it's because of this from the first post:

F13, split bars and second B not in base?
There is a lot of things I wanted to add in base as well as do something good for the community (the same way I did an icon mods addon when running WoB Red Cyrillic). But unlike WoB Red Cyrillic, I wanted this set to be less self-contained and offer compat for earlier rounds of WoBs and current one that on Drop. You can think about extentions kit as missing keys for other WoBs.

Basically, the extension kit is supposed to be a generic kit for all WoB kits, not really for Griseann per se
