Standards for key switches?

Are there any size standars for key switches. Can I put for ex: UnionBest Blue switch in a place where Cherry MX was?

Yes. Pinouts on MX clones are the same, so for the most part you'll have no issues replacing switches with other switches. I would keep in mind that actuation force and general feel will be different in that one switch though.

How do I know if for ex:
Matias switches and  UnionBest Blue are clones of MX?

Matias are copies of Alps switches, not Cherry MX.
