I'm so sad about the blue on the Miami set. I really hope it's more cyan than that light blue color...

Are you sure it's not your monitor?  It looks faded light turquoise for me, which is already more green than cyan.

Yeah, it could be. This laptop monitor isn't the greatest. Pulled up the picture on my phone, and I do agree with you on the color choice of words. That being said, still sad about the color...

It could be a bad picture too.  It looks like a phone camera photo to me.  I'd wait until the sets arrive to IvanIvanovich and maybe we'll have better photos ;)  I think the original intent was turquoise + pink, not cyan + pink.

It was a bad photo... color given was #0ee5d4 I think the extreme pink makes it look paler than it really is against the white.

Arabic is a no go like those, can't do side printing. Only possible with BSP and would need I think 300 of same set to get them made. Otherwise if someone else wants to trace out the Arabic be my guest and I will run it. I don't have the patience to do those and can't find any font that looks like that one.

So what about the pink?

Is it a neon pink? As in, lighter than regular pink.

Or, is it hot pink? As in, darker than regular pink.

Awesome, would be in for one too. Out of curiosity is it Farsi or Arabic ?

Edit: my bad, I see it was answered here:

Ivan, I am guessing the earlier pictures you showed us are from GMK? How white are the keys? I am contemplating on buying another board for this set and I have a choice of white case, grey or black. :P

They are a bit brighter than Cherry, but they are not pure white they do have a touch of grey to them. In my opinion they look good against white, grey, black and most any other color.

Blanks set from the last groupbuy.

Keep in mind that the spacebar and the right shift won't fit on a FC660M! Just a little heads up if you were not aware of this :)

Thanks. I already knew and I have something on the way that might solve that little problem. The 2-unit right shift... well that's just another chance to customize, right? :D

I'd nearly forgotten about this.  If you hadn't said anything I would have had a nice surprise in a few weeks.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

They look pretty similar, but there are slight differences in the sets.

This blue is lighter than his, the black set on feng's doesn't have grey mods, etc.

That one and the orange/charcoal sets were already posted here on page 22  :thumb:

It's been awhile since I've looked at this thread ^-^ Thank you photo :thumb:

I hope these are not the real sets and IMSTO only mixed up the regular green set with the Irish set on these pics.

By the way, was a stepped capslock key included in this GB? I guess not right?

Yes set have both style caps lock. I wouldn't make any judgement about the colors from photos that don't seem to have any proper color calibration.

Hmmm. The board I am looking at (Leopold FC600M) is really pure white, but I think those will look really nice. Thanks. :)
Keep in mind that the spacebar and the right shift won't fit on a FC660M! Just a little heads up if you were not aware of this :)
Thanks. I already knew and I have something on the way that might solve that little problem. The 2-unit right shift... well that's just another chance to customize, right? :D
Will these spacebars work on a Leopold FC200RT? I hadn't planned on them fitting but I'm not certain either way.

No the spacebar is not Leopold compatible. Only compatible for standard and Cherry G80 mounting.
