Hi, we are Sayantan and Mechanix. We are two childhood friends with a deep bonding over games and anime. The fusion of these two and our love for art gave rise to this set.
It took us months to develop this from an basic idea to what it is right now. This set represents all the things we loved through our childhood to adulthood.
The main inspiration comes from the silenced pistol carried by Agent 01.
For the sub-legends : What I wanted to achieve was a fusion between 2 things anime and games . The style I went after for is reflected across the entire project(kits, banners, illustrations and deskmats). Also, the sublegends represent the inscriptions that are generally there on the pistol.
We took the color scheme to match the keycaps perfectly. With the modifiers being a deep black blue and the alphas being a very light gray we wanted to portray the different shades of colors that would be visible in the pistol.
The silver blue gray accents are also based on how light would shine of the edge of an object.
What we aimed to create was a unique take on some really good colors and take it an extra mile. We really hope you like what you see. Please leave us your valuable feedback in the IC form. Thanks for reading!
