I've had to actually argue with my mail guy (big prick), about how the tracking said it was delivered, but I didn't receive anything.
He would just keep saying "if the tracking says I delivered it, then it was delivered". It mysteriously showed up in my mailbox 5 days later.

A lot of mail carriers scan all the packages as delivered before they leave the warehouse so they don't have to carry the scanner with them. Then they don't get around to delivering the actual package that day... or the next day.

I guess that explains why my shipping label was created 5 days ago with nary a move since. Another potential problem this could create is that the USPS might take issue with you printing labels that far back but not getting them in the mail stream. Don't get me wrong, I want a complete set and never have to worry about it again, but I don't want yet another can of worms to potentially be opened here.

Also, I hope that you're also printing a scan sheet along with all the labels. For those who don't know, a scan sheet takes all the tracking numbers from a bulk shipment and creates one bar code for the postal employee to scan. Once scanned, every package that was part of that shipment will show as "accepted," which is the first step in tracking. It's a massive time saver.

Really valuable information here. I'll ask easypost about the scan sheet for my post office. (I usually just bring a dolly and drop them off into the back room for them.)

I've never encountered any issues mailing out packages after the label was printed. But for any tracking # over a week old I will reissue automatically.

I have made a label 3 months before shipping it before. It's not going to affect anything unless its either 6 months or 1 year out

I am almost finished confirming all the ready-to-go sets for shipping. If you received tracking and it hasnt' updated your package will be going out today.

I'll also begin shipping more orders today, most likely in the late-night.

Just to reiterate, if you received missing or duplicate keys please PM me immediately and I sort out a replacement package ASAP. I understand the problem and have been working to fix it since it was reported.

I cannot do anything about scratched keys yet. This problem will be handled via the new support system as soon as I can find some time to wrap it up!

Though I am curious, is the tsangan spacebar suppose to not have texture?
It's very slippery / smooth compared to the standard spacebar.

And there was a purple esc? :O

Haven't gotten my Hyper Fuse yet but I remembered my Triumph Adler being the same on the 7u spacebar and just got it out and confirmed, so it's not just this set. Not sure why it's so different though, I'm sure some who know more about the process could speculate.

I've got my set a while ago, although there are a few 'issues' with a few keys. Not sure if this has been posted before, but it seems like there is layer on the legends, and it's scratching off/changing to a whiteish color. It's not too noticeable however I am somewhat concerned.

that issue has shown up on 2 other sets total

literally no idea what it is but im in talks with gmk at the moment and should be able to get any affected keys replaced

I had to get keyboard community back in order to help pay the bills and sort out some other outstanding orders. Now that those are done I'll be focusing 100% on finishing hyperfuse.

A lot of shipments will go out late night tonight.

keep in mind cody donates his time to do this, but has other obligations outside of ctrl alt, his work (part of which is keyboard.community) will always have to come first, in the same way you wouldnt be expected to take leave from your job to donate time to fullfill a gb

he literally spent the last week of his life resorting sets he had spent the previous week sorting with paid help, whilst shipping well over 100 orders

you cant begrudge him for taking one day to take care of some personal work

I've finished fixing the missorted sets, currently going to issue out replacements for all missing keys, then continue shipping orders tonight.

I didn't trust the help to come back and fix it so I did it myself to ensure quality control.
