Looking to buy a HHKB pro2. hit me with your prices ;)

€500

€500
-_-

I accept US$ too. :-D
How much should a barely used HHKB Pro2 go for around here; i.e. the land of $200 ClickClacks single keycaps? :-P
(seriously--I bought mine new, since people were selling them used for more than new cost)

Would pay $240 for a HHKB

I don't really want to sell mine, but I *would if* I could make the kind of profits other people are making on stuff around here. I see that HHKBs are going for $300, brand new, at EK, but they are out of stock ( http://www.elitekeyboards.com/products.php?sub=pfu_keyboards,hhkbpro2&pid=pdkb400b ). You can actually buy one for $341 (ostensibly IN stock at http://www.geekstuff4u.com/happy-hacking-keyboard-pro-2.html ) So, I assume that's why people want $320 for them used: i.e. you can have it now for a premium, or wait and hope and pay retail to EK... some day. But that's just my logic; maybe there's more to this craziness than meets the eye.
At some point down the road I might let my HHKB go for what I actually paid for it; maybe even less. I'm still on the fence about whether I love it or just like it. If the former proves to be the case, then I really will want €500 to let go of it! ;-) I have a feeling, though, that MXBlues will eventually win my heart and fingers.
PS: if this is too much rambling in your WTB thread, just let me know and I'll STFU here. I don't want to hinder you getting what you want at the price you want. :-)

smartimports are probably the cheapest place to get otherwise if elite is out.

Good call: http://www.smartimports.net/products/Happy-Hacking-Keyboard-Professional2-.html
But maybe someone out there isn't so happy with his HHKB now, and we can still find boost a smokin' deal. ;-)
