Second from the right reminds me of Keri Russel, but I'd rather have the real thing. :)
I'm old enough to be one of those girls' dad...

Anyone else dig these translucent cases on the Ducky Ones?
I remember the 1999' iMac with horror, so no!

I'm honestly more excited about the Ducky One. It looks like it has a much simpler case design than the "horse-hoof"-feet case design of the Ducky Shine 4 and 5 RGB models and the transparent housing looks very nice. And is it me or does the specs of the Ducky Secret mouse look like it uses the Pixart 3310 Optical sensor?

Thanks. The plug on the bottom of the new Cherry board looks different. Did they say anything about it?

Ducky Shine 5 - Cherry RGB

(...)Dual mounted PCB. Secondary "SMD LED" PCB is thin, probably less than 1mm. Ducky used a larger SMD LED to light the Cherry housing as opposed to fitting the SMD LED into the switch bottom housing. They're still deciding about TKL, price not set yet.

I was hoping it would be possible to open the switches with this mount, but it doesn't look that way:

Great album Zeal! Really looking forward to getting the Ducky YOTS and Ducky One, along with that board that has rgb gateron switches. Pretty hyped for rgb gateron, as that's now my favorite switch.

the type heaven might be aesthetically pleasing but the solidness is still far away from realforce. :<

and also, (hope I'm not wrong) i think i saw zeal discussing something about MD with the guys at topre during computex.  :))

I didn't discuss anything MD related with Topre reps. Were you trying to spy on me? ;)

I'm pretty sure I saw someone with an iPad or a tablet and a MD page is shown on the tablet when I said goodbye to the reps there. :/

Has anyone else tried the Cherry board 6.0? What do you think about it?
I was frustrated with the HHKB pro and the hard spring back of the keys.
After trying the Cherry board 6.0 I can say that it's really nice. What I
found I liked the best is how easy the keys are to press.

Peace, love and keyboards.

That green TypeHeaven looks great... would look amazing with beige/grey keycaps. I really hope they produce some different colored keycaps soon. I absolutely love the grey/blue of the 10th anniversary edition 87U, but they're going for $400 on eBay.

The "stormtrooper" (black keys light case) isn't really stormtrooper because it's a stone-beige kind of off-white. My 87U looks exactly like that right now, and it doesn't look anywhere near as "stormtrooper" as my stark white KUL ES-87 with black keys.

Would love more information on the iOne 1800.

Thanks for sharing!

Is that Topre keyboard going to become a reality or is it only a prototype?

The reason I ask is because I took part in the CM topre tour and loved the characteristics of Topre but it did have some flaws maybe that was down to CM's construction but as a gamer I would benefit from those features rgb, analogue keys and adjustable actuation points. There was a guy making a keyboard called Aimpad which you've probably read about but uses linear Cherry keys and there is no indication of a release date. If these are truly coming out in 2016 is it exclusive to type heaven? In the gaming world exclusivity unfortunately goes to a few manufacturer's like Corsair.

Thanks

Topre was just demonstrating what they were capable of. The RGB backlighting + MX Sliders will most likely come out with Type Heavens first, and/or be licensed to another keyboard company (I'm guessing CM). The different actuation point demo is still in their early prototypes, and will most likely first appear on the Realforce line of keyboards.

Thanks for your reply. We gamers would benefit greatly having all the features, I hope they don't split it. The 256 step sensitivity that makes it analogue like is something I've wanted for a long time. The guy in the video is working on something similar but for Cherry switches:

Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?
