Although there are probably a few Geekhackers who own that many key caps and do not run a store.

From OTD or On the Desk, a Korean forum. I think it revolves around the AIKON controller, which uses the ATMega32U4, same as the Teensy. The case is, of course, custom- thus the red and clear. The top notch is to allow access at the USB port that is recessed in there, why? No clue. Why am I so smucking fart? I lurked a lot before picking up 2500ish posts the last 4-5 months:)

I like the Alt :)

And the Shift.

Ok, and the Ctrl too. sigh
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Sorry for late reply (didn't see it until now).  Half plate feels great with tactile switch (preferrably Cherry MX brown).  It allows for a small amount of movement when you type.  Some will either love it or hate it.  Again, just a matter of personal preference really.  As for me, it allows me to type faster with fewer mistakes and I'm loving it so far.

Here's a pic in case someone's wondering what the heck is a half plate. lol

The sound it produces is also different.  Half plate switches seem a bit louder than its counterpart.

I snagged a set of doubleshot Zerg Signature Plastics keys from the marketplace here... since the SC2 race set group buys were a little before my time. They will likely never be made again by SP... due to copyright.

I guess you found a Cherry G80-2551HAD? Why not use all the compatible Cherry keycap? Then you only have 11 left to go for a full Cherry set.

Yes,  you were right. The ♥ white doubleshots are from a G80-2551HAD (iirc i bought it for 20euro some time ago). I now cleaned some more of the ancient keyboard caps and thrust me, they needed intense cleaning ;D. And like u said 11keys still abs =( I hope iam soon be able to complete a full set of double shots, because the feeling and look of those keycaps is so amazing!

What is the other Cherry board you have taken the darker beige keys from? If you have some interesting other key, perhaps you can find one that will trade you some of the ones you are missing for your Leopold.

This is the keyboard i have the darker keycaps from. On back it reads Made in West Germany, so it must be pre 1990 i guess. I must say iam astounded about this keyboards quality. I mean this keyboard is really build like a tank... considering it is over 20 years old! no sign of damage or quality loss.
