Maybe DeskHero as for CAN? They've had great service and reasonable shipping to USA, in my experiences with them.
@ Anyone seeking a refund for the M&C-- the limit for "merchandise not received" chargeback is 540 days for Visa/MasterCard. 120 for Amex/Discover.
Edit: Realized it's ApexK for CAN- no experience w them but maybe great too.
