Title: Option To Unwatch Locked Threads

This actually doesn't affect anything but there should be the option to unwatch a thread even after its locked.

Once the threads are locked, there is no way to unwatch it.
If certain user is watching a lot of threads, it will get very tedious to clear/clean the list of watched threads as some (locked)  threads cannot be unwatched.
