DOWNVOTES AND UPVOTES FOR TOPICS AND COMMENTS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED ON A MEMBER TO MEMBER BASIS

EACH MEMBER MAY +1 OR -1 A TOPIC OR COMMENT

TOPICS/COMMENTS BELOW A CERTAIN THRESHOLD WILL BE ELIMINATED

TOPICS ABOVE A CERTAIN THRESHOLD WILL HAVE THEIR VALUE APPLIED TO AN OVERALL SCORE FOR THE TOPIC/COMMENTS ORIGINATOR

MEMBERS WITH HIGHER OVERALL NUMBERS GET SPECIAL POSTING PRIVILEGES AND THEIR VOTING IS WEIGHTED GREATER THAN LESSER MEMBERS
