MT3 Serika has a novelties pack which wouldn’t be bad for the top row and also has M1-M10 which would cover the left-side keys. SA Nuclear data has M1-M12. Lemme know if you find better.

Please consider adding the Esc key and separating the F keys into three clusters of 4×2 keys, as is standard on PC keyboards. That way, you get to enjoy the goodness of all the extra keys AND avoid the trouble of screwing with everyone's muscle memory. And, mind you, I'm typing this right now on my IBM F122, so I oughta know.

The board is based on the IBM Unsaver, which never was a full size keyboard.

This is also a board with 34 function keys, you can easily make those function keys replace any full size board keys you're missing.

TBH I don't personally see much benefit here since it would still be out of position compared to normal.  Different spacing and angled.

Not 100% sure on how to handle tops.  Offering 2 different tops on a board this size is just a bit impractical.
