Well it seems my countdown timer was messed up. Apparently 12am Saturday means tomorrow to them when in actuality it should have been 3 mins ago which is midnight Friday. Very sorry guys. If you see this Hoff please stream. What a mess. Sorry everyone

The countdown timer worked perfectly for me and I didn't see this post to delay til 12:15, so I started right at 12:00. Apologies to anyone that this may have caused issues for.

Weird... :-/ For me, if I try to chat without having an account it pops up and tells me to create a "nickname", and then it allows me to chat using that nickname. Bummer it didn't work out for you this time around.

I have changed my countdown timer to be 11:59:59 Friday. Hopefully is will make things a bit easier for me. The good news for you guys is you get to watch the movie ONE FULL SECOND SOONER!!!!!

13 movies in the list so far. Lets get that number increased by Monday when I draw the next movie!

Hoffmanmyster has graciously offered to stream every week and if he can't he will let me know and we will figure something out on here. He also said if he is busy he can still set up the stream and leave his computer.

Indeed. And since I'm using my personal livestream account I prefer to not give anyone else access to that. It's accurate for me. I will begin the stream exactly when the timer runs out, and I will begin the film a few seconds after that.

It has come to my attention that a 12am EST show time might be a little late for the people in that time zone. I know that we voted on times and 12am polled higher and as much as I hate going against the general consensus, I have decided to push next weeks show time back one hour to 11pm EST on a trial basis. I'm hoping this will allow for a higher number of participants. Sorry if this causes any problems for people and if it does please voice your opinion either in the thread or via PM. So once again, next Fridays show time will be 11pm EST. Mark your calendars and stay tuned for Mondays movie drawing.

Does 11pm sound good for the East Coasters? I'm going to try that this week. If it still seems too late then we can try 10pm for the following week. I would like to get this thing refined for maximum viewer participation. If we still have low viewers at that point then we can try a Saturday show time as I understand there are lots of people who do things with their Friday evenings. For now we will try Friday 11pm.

For those of you unfamiliar with the movie chain, they maintain a STRICT no talking, no cellphone use policy during the movie. If you break the policy, they eject you from the theater, period. This is what they play before each movie: (caution, NSFW, naughty language)
