Hm... Troi's looking pretty hot there with that hair. No complaints from me

Discovery? Honestly I don't care that much at all about it. TNG was my favorite show of all time for many years, and after Voyager, I felt that Star Trek had run its course. The newer stuff just isn't compelling to me.

Like with Star Wars, Alien, Predator, Terminator.... they've run their course. There's new ideas out there that need to be explored.

Also, Trek had already been diverse from the beginning so this latest political virtue signaling stuff just comes across as forced and heavy handed, and... BORING.

It's due to our age.  The human story is not complicated, and it repeats.

Anything of earth by humans can only encompass so much..

I think the future of story telling would be furthered with the removal of the simplistic animal elements.

However, at the same time,  it's vapid to demand , a non-human story that could not be produced by humans..

Dang, Worf, so classy..

If Tp4 had been shifted to a reality married to Counselor Troi,, Kekekekeke...

Of course, some smart guy be like, Oh but Tp, u #Ronery in ALL Realities..

But then, in this episode, it clearly says that at the quantum nexus point, all realities are possible in the quantum state,  so The possibility that Tp is #Ronery in ALL realities necessitates the Opposing reality where Tp is #NotRonery in ALL realities.
