Ivan announced on Deskthority, that the deadline has been extended by a month to July 31st, because we are only ~80% towards the MOQ.

We probably need to get the moq to about 110% or so.

There might be some dropouts. Also, the longer the ordering goes the more people will change their mind.

These mock-ups can't do this set justice; and on that note, I just convinced myself to double down - the cyan-on-black is sick, and the magenta will be, too.

I totally agree, I went into the same trap, only after Ivan posted the mockup, I realized how different the render is from the final set and that it will look a lot better in person.

This is exactly the problem with this set

Ivan knows from the Dolch buy how nice this colour is and that is why it is the legend colour

Unfortunately buyers just see this weird dark green shade on the mockup

GMK mockup colors are always really, really bad. Cyan is never like Cyan should be, and all other colors too.

Definitely gonna be a no unless you remove them yourself which should be doable because they're pad printed. Just don't use acetone because it'll melt the cap.

We arent trying to get record numbers, just enough to hit MOQ. The prominent members are the ones that know what GMK quality is and will definitely get in on it. They just need to know that this GB exists.

This is for participants on EC, around 20 basic sets. We have paid for them .if the GB couldn't succeed, we will get our money returned as the way we pay. Due to the extending deadline ,the proxy may pay this to IVAN later depending on whether this succeed or not.
Adding these 20+ orders ,we need more 30 to hit MOQ. Not mention extend one month, the one like this would buy and double or triple their orders to help this happen while the one don't like this would not join in this  even extend all through the year. The efficient way may contact some vendors to help hit MOQ, such as FENG, bunny's ctrlalt, techkeys  to join in and for selling in their stores later. Then more and more fence sitters will join in.

That has always been the problem regarding Group Buys in general the fence sitters too nervous to get involved until they "FEEL" it's going to happen but it's like a Catch-22, without participation there will be no Group Buy  .

Classic beige is something that will probably always hit MOQ. There's more reasons for people to get a staple, neutral, and fresh set for their boards.

I honestly can't see this ever going to made again. CB is a set that anyone can always pick up and will continue to be relevant. Plus it's a hell of a lot easier to match with CB.

I want both sets, but IMO this is something truly unique I can't pass up. Wait till all those photos start getting posted, and there will be so many people wishing they joined.
