I just re-installed Diablo 2 LOD

RIP life. I get sucked into this world every time I play it. It's been a good 4 years since I really got into it.

Diablo 2 and it's expansions are definitely a good way to spend some time. Can't remember how many hours I spent playing it as kid.

Haha nice. I remember when it came out. I spent the night at my friends house and played the whole weekend. His parents owned a donut shop so his mom would bring us donuts every morning. Good good times. Probably the most hyped game release of my life.

D2 ate so much of my life.  D3 is aight but it gets stale after a while.  While are a few things that are done right, D2 is still better.  I was really hoping for a World of Diablo from Bliz

Yeah, it was a good throw-back.  I was hoping for a little more content from Bliz on the anniversary, I guess we'll get Necro this year though.

I was addicted to Diablo 2 as well. I've heard rumors that they were going to remaster old Blizzard games, Diablo 2 being one of them. But, I do not know for sure if the company is going to actually do that. If they are going to push through with it, I will definitely buy the remastered edition. The game, for me, is much more enjoyable than D3. Although I do have to admit that I like the fast-paced action of Diablo 3 more than Diablo 2.

I never played D2 and just bought  it to give it a go.  I actually really like D3, especially with the season stuff to give you a goal.

I played a few hours yesterday as a Necromancer and it feels pretty good.  Only thing I need to get used to is the need to have the cursor right under the thing you are trying to pick up.  It is very sensitive to being just off of it and not highlighting the item.  Other than that issue, the game feels good.  It definitely doesn't hold your hand or tell you exactly where to go, you need to find it yourself.

D2 was so much more of a grind fest due to the lack of reforging you can do in D3.  Runw words are where the power is at.  It always bummed me out that you couldn't respec in D2 like you can in D3.

There are some mods let you do that.But I won't recommend him play them before he finish the vanilla version .

D2 LOD is more addicting than D3. So much possibilities with rune words.
