Looking at my invoice I bought both a SS and Brass gasket @ $20.  Are both the SS and Brass messed up?  If I want the Brass still and am willing to wait do I have to give another $20 for a fixed one ontop of what I already payed out for everything (Close to $800)? I really want the brass gasket as I will probably not be using much of the LED functions on the board.  Thanks again for all the updates!

The other thing that I am confused about is that are the gaskets in question for the 1800 or CP?  I feel like the thread has a mix of both boards being updated and I am not sure at this point what is what (the last picture you posted had all been CP's stacked).  Are the gaskets for the 1800 or the CP bad?  Also  looking at my original invoice I am not seeing the difference between a 8 piece and 1 piece.  All it is saying is "SS Gasket : $20 Golden Gasket : $20" I do not remember seeing an option for different gaskets besides what they had been made out of.  When it comes down to it I would like a 1 piece and 8 piece Brass gasket. 

Please also confirm about the SS gaskets that I payed for.  I also think that Kin should be getting his money back.  If the factory cannot produce a good product why should he have to pay for it? What factory produced the gaskets for the Korean boards that have already been shipped for the past month or two?

puddsy is correct. Txcp doesn’t have gasket and your order is TX1800.

The problem is with the junctions of the 8 pieces- Kin is not happy with them. If you know him/ enjoy his boards, you know the dude is an awesome perfectionist. I see why he’s unhappy- check out pics below, it’s not great where they join- often you can see a seam.

If you’re ok with that, boards can probably ship pretty quickly- and he said he’d include the current gaskets for free (ie: option 1- $20 refund if you’ve paid for the metal gasket).

If you want the single gasket, it’s +$20 from what you’ve already paid- they are costing him $40 to make.

No worries. :)

I don’t think it’s terrible either. Depending on the fit for the 8 pieces drawn (probably a bit variable), many might never notice any seams... some highly ocd among us would see nothing but that. Everyone can choose accordingly.

And I appreciate Kin’s perfection- you know this has worried him and he wants to remedy or offer options. Much better than it just showing up and having folks irritated- so kudos to him for that.

If I read the posts correctly, does this mean I can either choose to keep the 8 piece spacer and have the board shipped right away or pay $20 extra and wait until the new ones are made? Do you have any estimates on how long this might take popkorn? I was hoping to get this before Christmas because I have a few days off work for holiday and have some free time for building boards.

Am curious about the one piece acrylic ones too, how does one go about adding an extra one piece acrylic spacer to existing order (and additonally does this mean extra waiting for them to be made)?

Right you are, that makes sense. I will pay the extra twenty for a one piece spacer. Where do I send monies? Also I have talked to Kin in the past about buying his Leeku MX3000 plate and have it shipped together with my TX1800, should I contact him privately on Telegram about it or is there another prefered way of contact (raising a ticket via the website?)

Also I would like to add a TKL sized carrying case for my TX84 that I already have, how should I go about that also?

After finishing google form, popkorn will send an invoice to you.
