If there's an issue with the emails, can't we just get a datasheet with nicknames and tracking numbers?

Not sure if I should be worried. I didn't purchase using an account, only used my paypal. Have also not received any tracking information, while there are people in the thread who have received their orders already. I know you come through, since I got the Tactile Greys from you the last time, just that I'm getting ready for a build I hope to use these in and need to plan me time :)

Invoice ID:000000558 for reference.

I didn't use an account, just paypal and had to email the organizer to get a tracking number.

Yeah I'll get on that as soon as I get home! Thanks!

Great GB. Just received mine here in Canada.

Thanks!

Wait you guys got tracking? I don't remember was there different shipping methods? I checked my order and it gives me a random tracking number that doesnt seem to work for any carrier lol.

No I got a text from DHL randomly.

Same here. Got a text from DHL June 21. The tracking number was a 10 digit number with no letters which leads to the DHL website with my shipping details. It's supposed to be delivered sometime today.

I was wrong. Idiot. It was something else via DHS. Some very cool artisans, but anyway, not the switches. I'm beginning to lose track of what is coming in the mail.

Got my Switches! (Never had an email for tracking either). Are they suppose to be kind of a dark grey stem instead of actually black?

Yeah, similar to how the silent reds are more of a pink color.

Okay thanks, I couldn't really tell the difference visually in the housing but feeling the difference in pressing with a cap on versus a regular black definitely is quieter with the reduced travel. Just wanted to make sure! These things are definitely smoother as well.

I got a tracking number and the message said it was sent by DGM but I get no results from googling that. And no results from any worldwide tracking sites. Not feeling too antsy about it but wondering if anyone in the UK has got theirs yet?

It's DHL Global Mail.  It will probably transfer to your local mail service, at least mine did anyways.

Much preferred. Royal Mail automatically charge £8 just for handling it.

Were these shipped via DHL? Had a package delivered today from somewhere around Jakarta but I think the driver delivered to the wrong house, just trying to figure out what it was lol.

Looks like this was actually different caps, so I'm still on the lookout for Silent Blacks ...  :-X

The 8 quid charge only applies if you have to pay customs on it, and every courier will pass on this handling charge to the end user (yes I have had UPS and FedEx parcels that has the same amount tackled on along with the obligatory 20% VAT)

Got my silent blacks today. I have yet to try them on a board but they feel quite promising as they are. Definitely smoother than stock old blacks. That dark grey stem is a nice touch I didn't expect.

The only two areas I think could be improved in the future are the quantity and the tracking.

My package had a German label over the original Taiwanese one. The tracking number I got from the website never worked, however the one on the German label would have worked, had I gotten it. I live in Europe and this was delivered by my regular mailman (not DHL) with signature on delivery.

Thanks for the GB!

Got mine today as well, turns iut they weren't lost in the mail after all!

They do feel quite nice, tough to tell how the bottom-out will be without puttting them on a board, but it feels less squishy than I feared. Now I just need to decide what build to commit them to  :-X maybe M65, but if I really like them I'll need more for my next build.... decisions decisions

The tracking number won't work with regular dhl tracking. You need to go to the dhl global mail site for tracking https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com
keyboards.

are the stems supposed to be dark gray for these new silent blacks? I just got mine and it's very noticeable the color difference between the stems and the housings.

Yes they are a dark grey, just not black (in the same way that MX Silent Red is actually light pink instead of Red) and no, you can't mistake it for linear grey at all, Silent black is much darker.
