Generic KLE file for GMK sets

Since I couldn't find one of these anyway *(maybe i'm an idiot)*, I decided to make a generic keyboard layout editor file for GMK base sets so keycap designers can just work from that and save some time.

i prefer this layout setup because it has a little more compat

this is a colorway i have long abandoned but yeah if you need a basic KLE this one works as well

covers all the important stuff

Some JS/CSS3 magic to make the keycaps look like actual GMK keycaps would be awesome, I assume it's doable, but likely very exhaustive
