Y’all still haven’t shipped my Macro-1 extra from December 2021. I’ve tried to resolve this by email and was informed by Joshua that I would be sent a white Macro1 soon. That was several months ago…
I would appreciate any other channels of communication to resolve this.
(Sorry air this dirty laundry, but Laneware has not been replying to my emails, and I want the community to know that communication from Laneware is poor at best.)
